I'm literally so glad that I'm not the only one has a "dream self" who is a whole different person ;) - I have memories from other dreams in my dreams- like things are common knowledge to me, in my dream, that have never happened in real life and I actually started thinking about that recently and how weird it is!

But I also used to do this journal stuff, mine were sooooo much more dark but I'd just write down whatever was on my mind, it actually helped me cope with a bunch of stuff, even though I'd never describe events or something.I still like looking in them every year, reflecting and adding some things xD
