    Recipe for onion bread and ingredients:
    200 ml warm water.
    200 ml warm milk.
    12 grams dry yeast.
    1 tablespoon sugar.

    60 ml vegetable oil.
    2 egg whites.
    Mix until smooth.
    Gradually add 760 grams of flour.
    1 teaspoon of salt.
    Mix well.
    Add the remaining flour.

    Continue kneading the dough.
    Place the dough on the work surface.
    Knead into a soft, smooth dough.
    Place the dough in a clean bowl.
    Leave in a warm place for about 50 minutes.

    Squeeze out excess air from the dough.
    Form one ball from the dough.
    Divide the dough into 2 parts.
    Form balls from the dough.
    Place the dough balls on a floured pastry board.
    Cover and leave for 10 minutes.
    For the filling, I fried 3 medium onions in vegetable oil.
    Salt, pepper, dried chili to taste.
    Stir gently.
    Roll out the dough to a diameter of 38 cm.

    Spread the onion filling evenly.
    Roll out the second part of the dough.
