Royse City is a quiet, hidden gem. Good people.

Nice ! Glad you finally made it to Royse City. Also cool that you show a home in one of the communities I requested.

One nice boat in the street of one of the few subdivisions with alleys behind the homes. lol Most of the new hoods have no alleys, narrow streets, and narrower, short driveways. Fancy parking lots with RV/Boat storage for scenery replaces the quiet, pristine looking streets. Also, beware of traffic like you've never experienced before.

@@LIVINGINDALLAS it’s about the same, native station shut down, and there were a few changes made. But it still is a beautiful and safe city.

I have a question: How come nobody shows cities south of Dallas? Midlothian, Red Oak, Waxahachie?

Been here 17 years it’s not “small” anymore by any means too many people and restrictions because of subdivisions and too many changes and Californians in teslas, lol it’s not what it’s used to be so it’s lost a lot of it’s luster for me I’ll be happy to be in South Carolina In a matter of months lmao
