Your fish farmer challenge video inspired me to start another new farm! I'm not doing it as a challenge as such, just to get every fish in a pond without a time frame. It's so nice to have a different goal than just money and the community centre.

I also love how often I see different Stardew TH-camrs forget about the kitchen on the island farm and upgrade their house by accident, nice to see it's something everyone manages to do once in a while

I was very surprised when it happened. I have never fished up an iridium band before :D It really gave me a big confident boost as well because I was under a lot of pressure towards the start of the challenge.
Stellar work! I love watching your videos because you have a very satisfying and organized way of playing. Congrats on getting all 4 warp obelisks and the golden clock! I can't even get one obelisk in a year! LOL!
It took me many videos to get the knowledge and skill to grab that clock in year 1, very stressful play but it is worth it when the clock spawns on the farm :D
its all about following a certain money making pattern but from my experience the first few weeks of gameplay will greatly determine how much you would end up with at the end of the year :P Thats why I fish a lot. and then later on I dont really bother with it.
Thos video was uploaded two weeks ago so this maybe already been mentioned already, but if you hold seeds to plant while you're harvesting crops, you can do them both essentially at once and save some time since they both use right click!

@@GamerGarYT I think you can select the seeds and then go harvest. It's been a minute since I've played but I do know that I've done the out & in before!
This was awesome! Did you break down and sell materials from the keg? If so, you maybe could have had another feather in the cap and also get the return scepter! I'd love to see you pull that off too!
I didn't break down the kegs, I left them be but! I reckon I could easily get the Gold clock, all 4 obelisks and return sceptre if I incorporated a few more skull cavern runs and got rid of the strawberry's in the green house and swapped them for starfruit much earlier in the challenge so there is room for improvement I think. I also think I could of gotten a statue of endless fortune as well if I got the secret note for the casino but was unlucky with that and also if I unlocked danger in the deep I could of farmed radioactive ore and made even more money so a few factors there that could of transcended the run :D also thanks for watching :D

oh yes, I do indeed reset days if I feel I didn't meet certain quotas. I only done day resets in Spring tho, once I got into summer and fall it was more grinding out stuff in stead of achieving certain requirements on a daily basis.
I tried pig farmer. the only problem with that is that it takes a very long duration of time to raise up pigs compared to cows or chickens but I will look into it again as I am very interested in doing that challenge :D Automate is on my list of mods to use in the future.; I just need the right challenge to incorporate it in :D
