Check Weighing System

Check Weighing System or Check Weigher is an automated load cell based segregation system used in the production lines and in the shipping lines to ensure the individual product packed contains the desired weight which is called as Target Weight or Target Quantity.
The conveyors will be used in Automatic check weighing system where the speed of the movement is as per the requirement. The in feed conveyor will regulate the box movement to the weighing conveyor and the weighing conveyor will weigh and compare with the Low and High Limit values and accordingly pass the material.
If the packed material weight/quantity is out of limit values, then the material will be rejected from the line using pneumatic pusher to the rejection conveyor
Any kind of materials in boxes, bags, bottles or enclosures can be passed through the check weighing system. This can be also called as in motion online check weighing system.

Can a barcode label scanner be attached. To check gross weight against net weight (using database of tares by SKU)
