the regular and dark Duo lash glues ARE latex based, however duo does make a latex free version. If you've never worked with duo before, you can't just put it on the lash and then put it on your eye. I always exhale on it a few times (a slow, hot breath - NOT blow on it) while bending the band. The heat of your breath activates the glue but the moisture keeps it from drying too fast, and then apply.
