Life appears like a dream but is not.
If you can grasp this subtle idea, it will help you so much on realising and living in a non-dual state.
    🙂🙏

From the perspective of life and death it is a dream

Like a dream in the sense that the one, real source of reality can take on the appearance of separation but not like a dream in the sense that when we wake up from a regular dream we realise everything about the dream wasn’t real.
In other words don’t dismiss the appearance of separate people and things in reality as unreal or fake as they are the one true source appearing separate but never actually becoming it in reality. 🙂

This channel is like being shouted-at in an enclosed space.
No sub. No like. No dislike. Good luck.

Funny this came up as a suggestion. I just recently remembered philosophing about this at age 6 with a phrasing like:
"What if life is just a dream and if you die you wake up and are in another one. Like even a butterfly." A metaphor to rebirth.
    My teacher was shocked.

in nagualism, the 'nagual' means something like 'something that's impossible to pronounce or be pointed at with a finger, yet is present' and i find very rich and fundamental this understanding beyond cultures, habits and societies. keep doing good videos

Let me stop you right here. Dream is the closest analogy, because in a way it really IS a dream. I explain: in one's own subjective dream one percieves oneslef as the dream with his own body. From that body, the dream looks and sees a world full of things and persons. I.e.in the real wolrd we are conditioned exactly as in the dream and vice versa, we cannot know what is the first really, exactly because the Big dream of Reality (so called true real Reality) is dreamt by the Big Dreamer, who is of course Brahman him/her/itslef.
How one may fined it is the case, and dream analogy is very precise.
When one decides to practice dream yoga or lucid dreaming, he or she becomes aware of the dream one dreams. He gets awake in the dream, relises him self as the dreamer, it is no longer automated and real reality, but he knows that there is another worold or for better understanding another underliing reality under the appearing reality of the dream. And when, sometimes, one is more conscious, in specific state of his dreaming awarenes, one may percieve that (that happened once with me exactly some moments before awaking), so he percieves not only his dreamt body (person) but the whole of the dream spaces as his consicous essence, or awarenes space. I.e. one may become aware that he/she is the space of consciousness in which the dream is dreamt. Now he, by the virtue of his own experience, can understand the analgoy with the dream state, as the so called real world being dreamt by Brahman.
We, all of us, are the Brahman itself, so we all dream the same dream, thinking we are separate.
The subjective night dream is just a smaller, more personal, and therefore more easily influenced version of the same process of dreaming of the Big Real World.
But you are right, the world has its own truth to it, and that is Sat and Chit, in ourselves, as beings of awareness and anandamaya koshas, we have the Ananda aspect as well, at least we can feel it. Perhaps a stone doesn't feel ananda, bud after all is part of Sat and Chit aspects.
You remember, the other analogy is the world is a movie. But the screen has the quallity of reality, not the sounds and lights in the movie. The movie is realitvly real, although it appears more real than the screen, because the latter is very difficult to percieve directly without a celar mind.

Maybe dream is referring to the ones living in their minds, confusing reality with smth made up. Thinking they exist as a person. Or dream could mean that the real truth cant be seen because we look at reality through a filter. We do not see how everything is, we see the world how our mind thinks it is based on the information it got in the past

Do you have a connection with your Higher Self?
The Indian religious terminology you use is confusing to me.
From what I gathered from my HS, our world, our reality was created imperfectly by the creator gods.
Our reality is not properly aligned with the Source of all that is, therefore it is a fallen world.
I can only speak from my own experience that my human body, my human ego-mind, my soul and my spirit don't belong to me! They belong to this game and to the creator gods (12 of them) who are playing it.
In fact, who I ultimately am is a tiny piece of consciousness sent into this game by my Higher Self. My HS is not a part of this game.
