I presumed Sebek's vignette would involve other Diasomnia NPCs expressing annoyance for Sebek's bombasts despite being a freshman and yet envying him for being close to Malleus. Personally I would've loved to see a little more on Diasomnia's NPCs and how they get along or don't with the key members of the dorm, but alas. I do like how this vignette portrays Sebek though.
