Thanks for this video. The wave pattern you made seems to be moving on a square surface and I want to apply this wave pattern to other surfaces. what should I do? Help me plz!
This program can be used if the U count and V count are unified in the U and V directions. Therefore, shapes that are transformed from rectangles, such as trapezoids, can be worked using this program, but this program cannot be used for circles or other special surfaces, so I think it is necessary to come up with a way to unify the U count and V count.
Thanks comment ! My grasshopper file is here : drive.google.com/drive/folders/1MohtkMXbcNK5XQPPMRudLHMzmxkCwGoq?usp=drive_link Compare with your program :)
If you want to use this program, I think it's best to explode the polysurface and apply this program to each surface. However, depending on the shape of the surface, I think it may be necessary to devise some measures.
Hello! Your video has inspired me a lot! Do you know if it is possible to use this code for different surfaces (they would be rectangles of different sizes)? And if it were possible, could it be done with all the surfaces at the same time or would I have to do them one by one? Thank you very much for the video!!!
Thanks comment :) You can also apply this program to rectangles. Please check the sample from the link below. drive.google.com/drive/folders/1C10joYwalNbm4atJo40BaPCEDKe9S9xm?usp=drive_link If you want to apply it to multiple surfaces, I have to change the program. If you use the current program, you have to do them one by one.
How can we change the dimensions of the model? It's square in this video, I want to make a rectangle. When I replace 'extent x: 100' with another number, the file doesn't work. I also tried adding different numbers to the X and Y nodes but I guess it's more complicated than that. Also can we add some random curves too? I need something more irregular. Great tutorial btw!
thanks comment :) 1. If you change x dimension, you have to change "U" count in "surface from points component". Because points count also change when you change x dimension. I guess that is reason your file doesn't work. please check my grasshopper file from the link below. 2. of course you can add some random curve. You can add any curves, but you may need to consider what curves to add to achieve the shape you want. please check my grasshopper file from the link below. ↓ my grasshopper file drive.google.com/drive/folders/1C10joYwalNbm4atJo40BaPCEDKe9S9xm?usp=drive_link
love these ideas!
Thanks for this is awesome tutorial :DD
Thank you so much🌺🌺🙏🙏

hi! I tried to do this, but I've encountered some problems and can't get the same result. is there any way you could help me?

@@studioTama thank you so much! Apparently, I hadn't installed the plugins, so it's fixed now. great tutorial!
Nice tutorial ! Could you explain how to add the pattern to a polysurface ?

Hi,
Thank you for this great tutorial!
How can I use this pattern and wrap it around a sub surface?
Thanks in advance?
It think it is better to create this surface pattern directly on the subsurface. or you should try to use surface morph component. :)
Is there a plugin compatible to Rhino 7 or 8 for win?
The Anemone plugin is listed as compatible with Rhino 4 & Rhino 5, but it actually works with Rhino 7 as well.

which version you use anemone plugin, I use rhino7 but it don't allow to install
newest one. Anemone 0.4 for win
@@studioTama Ok, are loop sart and loop end in this pluge in?
yes. Both are in anemone plugin
@@studioTama Hi , is there a version that is compatible with Rhino 8, cannot open Anemone 0.4 in Rhino 8.
@@renukapimplikar2750
