Bro Hunter and all J series engines comes with that engine head noise . It can more or less vary from vehicle to vehicle. But no matter what you do . It will stay . Thats the character of the engine . If you feel your one is making way too much noise . Take it to the official service centre and get the tappets checked . You will be charged around 600 for the head seal and timing chain o ring seals . Good day !
