Power Craft 720 Two Stroke Portable Generator - Will it Run?

In this video, we have this two Stoke Power Craft 720 Portable Generators which I picked up as spares or repairs a few years ago. Been sitting for some time, lets's tear it down and try to get his Power Craft 720 up and running again.
This two-stroke portable generator is a cheap, Chinese generator that you can pick up from many hardware stores, including eBay and Amazon. These are all clones of clones - hopefully working on this may help someone out, if so then please leave a comment down below.

I have one like this and I have no spark. I have voltage coming off the two wires coming from the flywheel coil and then they go into a small box and then one lead comes out of there and goes to the coil on the end of the spark plug lead. It looks like I have no voltage coming out of that box. Do you know what it is ? I was wondering if I can bypass it and go straight to the spark plug coil, but I would have two leads not one ?

If you're only getting 110. It means the rectifier is only putting out half syne wave voltage.
