I would caution anyone on the miniature Johanna Bassfords. I had mini enchanted forest and simply couldn't color it.. it's not just small it's microscopic. That said, I've been experimenting with printing PDF books at half size with great success.. I did a few pages of Nice Little Town Halloween and plan to finish the book that way. Not too small at all. I also discovered they sell half size binders and protector sheets to store them in. I do suggest you go with a smoother paper, the tooth of vellum for example is amplified at a smaller size. After some trial and error I found I preferred a heavy 30# printer paper. Another smaller sized series I adore is Matchstick Mouse.
I have seen a few people print their pdfs at half size and that is definately a good idea for those who create their own pages.. thank you for sharing hun
Great video, I love the smaller format books for a quicker colour sometimes. In case anyone is interested, there are also some of the nice little town books in pocket size, Glyn Dent's Tiny little horror's, Jolly Holly xmas by karlon douglas and a new christmas cuties pocket size by Joshua Dunbar. Oh and I really recommend my Hachette book Boules de Poils by Daphne Dufour, it's gorgeous.
thank you for the great suggestions hun.....I have the tiny little horrors somewhere how on earth did i forget him....hmm Tatiana interesting will have to check that one out
They do still have the Chinese coloring books. They might not have all of them, but they have some. I keep getting distracted, while looking for the animal one. 😆😆
Great idea for a video! I'm adding a few to my wishlist! Another two pocket sized books are Kerby Rosanes Animorphia and Mythomorphia (both 6 inch square) lovely thick paper. Had them ages, but not started them yet
