Williams 5 years ago when she ran 10.9 and qualified for Doha there was hope yet she hasn't improved within the 5 years range Even the likes of young Tia, B.Lyston, Alana and Tina has surpassed her. The bar has risen in the spirits and B. Williams just isn't competent enough to survive in this era it might be a hard pill to swallow but it has to be said

@Eastsidecrime It would take a miracle B. Williams hasn't been performing well for a while 5 years has passed and not much improvement unfortunately coach Francis camp is stacked so B. Williams progress depending on him is not looking so great. She should've stayed with Ato or try other coaches in the states.

These ladies are hopefuls and for now the pool of young ladies much more than 3 hopefuls,… There are 3 other high school girls who are still in school will be in this pool of hopefuls by the end of the 2025 school year..

Almost 3 months ago at the US Olympic trials when Sha’Carri Melissa and TT-Terry made the USA Olympic team they were crowning them as the next big 3 but Tia Clayton wined up running the 3rd fastest time at that Olympic and Julian Alfred won the gold, that hope and dream fell apart quickly… I said this to say what Shelly Elaine and Sharika put together and maintain is not going to be easy, But what is Young ladies in their favor not just the talent but Jamaica still have the very same coaches and building blocks to recreate a even better big 3 …

But there is this very talented 16 year old 200M specialist with a 22.50 pb name Shanoya Douglas.. She already won a bronze medal at the world U20 this year. She’s going to be a problem next year and I wouldn’t be surprised if she is working out with pro’s already like 17 year old Gary Card wolmas he is working out at Mvp…
The "Big Three" title is earned not given. We cant know now what these three young ladies will become and they're not showing any more "talent" than some others we have at the moment (Slowley, Tina, Serena to name a few). In other words...."too soon"

And I would also put Tina Clayton until I see her Coach at star Athletics dose with her next season, because with that Mediocre line up in the 100M final.. She wasn’t fully tested at the World U20 because the better athlete from the USA wasn’t there in Lima Peru..

My primary point was/is that the "Big 3" title cant be given because none of these young ladies have really done anything in the senior ranks yet. My secondary point was/is there are many young ladies and not just 3 that could go on to do well in the senior ranks.
Tina Clayton is just as good as Tia. Bryanna Lyston is right behind the twins. That's the next big 3. Alana is in a mix with Brianna Williams, Kemba Nelson, Sashalee Forbes, Krystal Soley. Ackera Nugent is the best athlete of the lot. If she decides to run the flat 100m, it will be most revealing! Shot out to Kerricka Hill.
@Johnkennedy2640 I think it’s the other way around because Brianna did ran a wind aided 10.84 in college early this year so she’s up there with Tia Clayton as far as speed goes, and Brianna didn’t even face the type of professional training as Tia did at Mvp.. Even though rumors was coming out of MVP that Tia Clayton was in 10.6 shape giving her background training at Mvp… Since Brianna Lystion season start before Tia’s I won’t be surprised if run 10.7 this up coming season….
@tyeguy5373 I generally agree with you. Tina has been injured, so we haven't seen her progression. When Brianna Lyston fixes the second half of her 100m, she will be hard to beat! I look for big things from her this coming year, but they work her too hard in college, pkus she is injury prone. I wish the athletes all the best, and health throughout the season.
