Love the quality of the authentics and i know they are made for the pitch but damn this seasons Adidas and Puma authentics are so paper thin it scares me its going to rip if i tug on something. I think Pumas Ultraweave is thinner compared to Adidas HeatRdy. kits but i just got the 2024 Germany authentic long sleeve and the material is pretty damn thin lol. Even the 3 stripes seems like its a super thin vinyl thats pressed. I prefer the 3 stripes material they used on the Formotion kits. The new one just feels like tape lol. excellent quality either way but damn im scared the shirts are becoming more fragile for a higher price :( Btw im not sure if you buy any kits from other leagues but if you do, it would be nice to see the Real Madrid 24-25 kits. love your videos!
I do other leagues yes 😜 be sure to subscribe and watch the other reviews to give you a more broader idea ⚽️ thanks so much for the watching and the nice words. They really are getting more thinner lol
The only issue with the authentic kit is that the heat applied stripes on the shoulders will peel over time as in previous authentic arsenal kits… the stitched stripes are much more resilient to washing and drying.
The player version looks so much better than the fan version, thought they'd take a bit more care on the logo. If I was an Arsenal fan, I'd buy the player version. One thing, I noticed you got both large. When I buy off "not official" sites, they say to size up for the player version. Do both versions fit the same? And yes, prefer the gold
If they tell you go size up, most likely you are buying the fake counterfeit shirt. With the official genuinely made adidas shirts, the authentic will still be the same size as the replica but fit slightly snug.
iam a man utd fan but i hate this so called half badges like the cannon etc .i want the full badge when i spend money to buy.if man utd release maybe one of their kits in half badges i would be happy to save my money.
It seems to be a growing trend with these slimmed down badges. I’m not sure what their thinking is to be honest. I would rather stay true to the badge ESPECIALLY on a home shirt ⚽️⚽️
I dunno, preference, but I like polyester. I've been wearing a football shirt or a polyester shirt (usually sport related ones) for nearly a year now lol. I like the thinner fabric, probably because I live right near the equator. But I think it feels really nice. It feels smooth (on replica versions, that is. Player issues will never be as smooth), it's rather soft and I have no issues with it. It just depends on what manufacturer it comes from. Stuff from more appreciative companies like Umbro or even Joma will feel great. But bigger companies with bigger fish to feed might be more inclined to sacrifice on fabric quality. Well, except Castore. No matter how bespoke their designs are, I suppose their quality is still terrible.
Agreed absolute rip off. Why spend 80 quid if you can get your hands on a decent "fake" replica for less than 20 quid and both are made of the same material?
@@alasoneTo me it looks like something to help reduce impact should a player land on the back of their neck. A safety precaution by Adidas. But it's so thin I would be willing to rule out its usefulness.

100% right. I do much prefer the stitched stripes ⚽️
That’s never happened to me. If you’re gunna machine wash, make sure it’s cool (30degree) and NEVER tumble dry.
I always hand wash and air dry.
Well you be doing the away kit too???
If everyone likes, shares and subscribes I will be able to! lol Thanks for watching
The collar is the other give away for replica to authentic
Yep sure is ⚽️ thanks for watching
Great comparison… a huge Arsenal fan… you should gift me one of these.. the fan or the player version would be great !
🤣🤣🤣
Haha maybe when I’m a little more up on the TH-cam algorithms I will do giveaways 😜⚽️⚽️ thanks for watching

I like the replica the best as the Adidas stripes on the shoulders r not printed on 👍🏻
Stitched stripes are much better haha I agree
Is the authentic one slimer than the replica one? Or are they the same fit?
Very similar fit just a different feel. The authentic is much thinner in the material and longer in general
already got myself an authentic version
Nice! What do you think of it? ⚽️⚽️
@@alasone so awesome. Some of the versions we only get to see once in a lifetime
OMG thank you so much for this useful video
Thanks for watching ⚽️⚽️⚽️
Second the thanks, I greatly appreciate the systematic comparison of this year's Adidas rep vs authentic.

When you buy those types I would always say size up yes on both versions
This is very true, thanks ⚽️⚽️
@@RUmlas thanks 👍
@@RUmlas bro this! Spot on.
thx for a video, found it to be a very boring design. They could have tried something diff in my opinion. what do u think?
It’s the same every year I feel. One year they get it spot on, the next is drab and a step down it seems! Thanks for watching ⚽️⚽️
Good vid brother 👍🏻
Thanks for watching bro ⚽️⚽️⚽️
Bruh how is the fit between the two?
Slim fitting. Authentic feels slightly thinner and more hugging if that makes sense. ⚽️⚽️
@@alasone makes sense appreciate the feedback, I think my love handles would appreciate the replica 😂
Its shaped as a bottle 😂😂😂😂😂. Just like their last 2 seasons in a row
Nasty 😂

Absolute rip-off football shirts stop buying them years ago, after all they are made from the cheapest material going in clothing polyester.
They are a rip off I agree. It’s all about the licensing but even still…

But the replica version fromDH gate, thank me alter 12 quid can’t tell a single difference

Yes. Please do Real Madrid 24/25
What’s the purpose of those four lines at the back of the collar which you called “extra support”?
What even are those things?
I think they are just extra absorbing it’s kinda like a sponge feel. So will soak up sweat much more etc
They also copied Puma authentic kit with that thing @@alasone

Kindly do a comparison of the Arsenal away kit
I wish I could but sadly money doesn’t allow it this year. Maybe next year ⚽️⚽️
