Southern Pacific Manifest - La Mesa Club

SP 3102, 5306, 8893, 4378 & 5314 pilot lumber empties over Tehachapi Pass on the La Mesa Club layout at San Diego's Model Railroad Museum located at Balboa Park. SD35, 3102 is custom by yours truly along with SD9 4378. Both SD39s and SD45 are Athearn RTR models weathered to match the prototypes. All cars weathered with an assortments of acrylic washes, dusted using various air bush colors, pastels highlighted with colored pencil.

Not one speck of dirty, soil or grime on any of that equipment. No weathering! Not realistic in any way! Every piece fresh out of the paint shop! This railroad went broke spending investor money keeping everything SPARKLING CLEAN! Please chose an alternative pastime for yourself!
