This floor plan is flexible and I like that. I think the pantry is near the laundry room. There was other space that you didn't showed. They should put the walk in pantry where the laundry is. In general, this house is beautiful. Thanks for the tour and all the info.
I hear you! I had a client close on this floorplan recently and built it from scratch. They decided against the fireplace for this reason. I would double check this with Coventry though. Their fireplace options are more modern now and allow for more room to put the TV above the fireplace. Everything is relative and so it depends on who you are comparing them to.. generally speaking, Coventry has done very well in and around Austin building in many communities.

Livable square footage. Plot sizes could not be that small for this amount of square footage on a two story.
