Jungkook is not afraid to sing live. All his performances are live. Especially when he does a live stream of singing for 2-3 hours.
Jungkook sings live all the time, he’s the main vocalist for a reason. React to his live performances more.

The chorus of his solo songs are also mostly Jungkook's. 99% of Jungkook's solo activities were live performances. He likes to sing live himself. For example, he often performs online live from his home even when he has no official schedule. One of the reasons why his live broadcasts are watched by millions or tens of millions of fans is because he does a lot of impromptu live performances. Jungkook is the person who sings the songs requested by fans during live broadcasts.

If you really want to hear his raw vocal with or without mic, you should react to his weverse live where he actually singing (karaoke-ing to be exact) for hours! The best one to begin is wlive on 2nd Feb 2023! Let hear him singing 'Airbag' by Tablo, Chainsaw Man, More by Jhope, Boyfriend by Jb, Unholy by Sam Smith and many others. Suchwita ep.15 is great too where he did some karaoke while eating and being funny. Well, he is so adorable and a very talented young man. 😂

The one time I was floored by JK’s vocals was during BTS’ Carpool Karaoke segment on the James Corden show in 2020. They sang their song ON and JK has a super high note that he was able to hit despite sitting in a car. I was so impressed!

Jung Kook hasn't been the Main Vocalist for no reason. He does most of the vocal guides for the other members of BTS to learn their parts from. Also, he does a Lot of the ad libs and background vocals for the group. He does karaoke live sessions, sitting on his sofa in his home and they last for hours sometimes. Suga, also of BTS, has a talk show called Suchwita (drink with Suga basically), and Jung Kook has been on 2 of them. The first time, Suga brought a karaoke machine. Big mistake. Jung Kook, after a few drinks, took over the show and even sang for an hour after the show - so they split it into a separate video. I think they called it Noraebang with Jung Kook (where the first word means karoke). I'd watch both the regular show and the karoke after-show. The man has a voice and can do many genres. lol - he even sang while chewing on meat and you wouldn't know it if you weren't seeing it. Bad manners, but great voice!
I second watching these shows of him singing. The ballad ones are outstanding, and him being able to sing the way he does whilst still chewing a pice of meat astonishes me.
Jungkook is born vocalist. And we army's knows that he can sing very well anytime anywhere.

So this song is one of the many examples of Jung Kook's ability to take/understand and emote the style/emotions/genre of any song and smash it. That's something that I don't believe either of the people guiding you have mentioned (probably because they aren't more than casual fans of Jung Kook either, and there's nothing wrong with that). Those of us who are BTS fans, though, know that one of JK's goals with this album was to show a wide range of musical stylings. So not blowing the listener away with the vocals on this song was intended. "Somebody" from the same album is another example of unique vocal stylings that JK applied to a song.
To hear JK stand there and knock vocals out of the park, I recommend the BTS song "The Truth Untold" from a concert performance. I know you want live versions, or I would recommend the cover he did of the Harry Styles song "Falling." There is also a video that showcases JK's vocal talent in many different ways - you might enjoy that one.. Also, he sings live on livestreams on a regular basis, so look for videos of those - that's him at his most raw.

I would also like to see you react to Tiny Desk performance by the whole group, BTS, please💜 Other than that I wanted to say that unfortunately the most time you’ll see Jungkook “sing his ass off” is in his livestreams. He doesn’t do it in group performances because they never let one outshine the others (which I personally appreciate and love) and for his solo stuff he was more focused on the performance than singing and his songs are more pop-y. When he does livestreams he sometimes sings even without a karaoke mic, so it’s completely raw and it’s the best way to really feel his singing. I really appreciate your reactions and I hope for more BTS ones coming soon! (Personally I think you should also react to Jimin solo because he has the most unique voice ever, trust me)

Hate You was written by Cirkut, LOSTBOY, Scott Harris & Shawn Mendes. It does have great lyrics. JK really wanted to sing all different genres on this solo album. He said he wanted to stretch and try new things. As for his live singing, he has basically lived on a stage since age 15. He is 1000% comfortable singing live. He says he sings all the time, and when he does his live streaming for fans he frequently sings random songs. How many western artists (or any artist?) would dare to expose themselves to an unrehearsed raw performance like this? Some of his live streams in early 2023 were epic. "To Find You" is a hauntingly beautiful (but rough) karaoke recording. And his version of Harry Styles "Falling" is truly perfect! I cannot recommend it enough. Falling! Oh and his version of Beiber's Purpose is awesome! Oh and he is known for doing ad libs in their BTS songs all the time. There is a cool short video of BTS making a theme song for one of their reality shows called "In the Soop" (the word "Soop" in Korean means the forest). But the video shows Jungkook's skill at ad libs and his bandmates' respect for him. Even if you don't react to this video, you should watch it. th-cam.com/video/WTn262TUQzg/w-d-xo.html. Something about him being relaxed, with a bit of alcohol in him and just singing songs he personally loves brings a whole new side of his voice out. His album was great but it was more focused on English radio songs of that makes sense.

JUNGKOOK is now a full member of the Korea Music Copyright Association (KOMCA) as a Song-writer with 22 songs credits.
I enjoy watching her talk about Jungkook and his singing. It makes me wonder what she might think about V or Jimin's singing. V and Jimin are also members of BTS. Can I suggest that she watches "Singularity" by V, or watches V's performance on Tiny Desk Korea? V has an interesting vocal tone, and I enjoy his vocals so much, it makes me curious as to what she might think of his voice. As for Jimin, I'd like her to watch him sing "Serendipity" or "Lie" or "Promise". Jimin also has a unique tone to his voice, and I really enjoy listening to him sing too.

GOLDEN has love in all its phases/colors as its theme. A-side tracks are more uptempo as they're about falling in love, being passionately in love, whereas B-sides are slower as he's singing about the waning of one's feelings. He's said in interviews he wanted to sing about a universal emotion.

Although I'm sure everyone has commented on how he takes song requests and sings on livestreams while sitting in his studio, sometimes with food, I'll recommend one of the good compilation of him doing so (th-cam.com/video/ym3xAro8vGk/w-d-xo.html). In the video, you can hear him singing practically raw, without any editing, except maybe a bit blurry, because it is livestreamed through phone.
