3:14 I can't believe how ignorant she actually is, yet still sounds super confident, comparing a fish that has just been pulled out of the water to a person drowning is not the same, as long as the fishes gills are wet they're fine, when they dry out then it becomes a problem, cause when they're gills are wet they can still process oxygen, it's not the best for them but they'll live.
Um, what you described sounds exactly the same since a person in the water won't drown immediately, they'll be fine too according to you since their lungs can store some oxygen for a while... So unless you think someone dragging you into the water and just holding your head under water is okay because you have oxygen in your lungs then you don't really believe yourself... ;-)

Why the hell do dumbf*cks on the internet always go to lawsuits for solving every minor problem? Successfully convicting someone for slander is such a hard thing to do, you have to prove that they were 100% spreading damaging misinformation about someone. If there's even a shred of doubt that they weren't damaging your reputation on purpose, then they won't be convicted of slander. Plus actually getting good lawyers and bringing this supposed slander case to a court is expensive as hell, so suing over what's basically a "callout" video isn't worth it at all.
