11:37 this glitch actually was patched somewhere between 2019 and 2021 and this glitch currently does not work anymore since Rockstar added an Extra Bulletproof invincible glass Barrier behind the windows of that room so that you can't get in their with this glitch anymore. The only way you can still go in there is if you hack the game on the PC version with a mod menu and no clip through the wall.
