My favorite book series is Harry Potter. I love land of stories too. My favorite book in the series is the wishing spell because it is the book were this magical adventure started. There is also a series called tale of magic by Chris colfer . It is kinda like Land of stories. I love it too. percy Jackson series, Michael vey series , ranger's apprentice series , baby sitters club series are some of my favourites too.
Read it in 5th grade. I’m in college now. It is the only book series that I will never throw away. This is the series where I actually felt I was with the characters. And this is where “judging a book by it’s cover” is valid.
Okay I’m not sure if you’ll see this since this video is a year old, but it’s always amazing seeing someone love this book series! The Land Of Stories pretty much saved my life and now I want to be an author! this all started with me when I was in 6th grade (7th now) which made the book series super relatable! Thank you SO much for making this review! Have a great day! :DD
Thank you so much for this beautiful comment! I'm so glad you enjoyed my review and I'm so happy that there is people who love this series as much as I do:) I wish you the best of luck and never give up on your dream to become an author!
I haven't read these yet but I've just ordered them online!! The covers were eye-catching for sure, those were what draw me to the series (I judge books by their covers 😭) and I keep hearing nice reviews about it!! I'm so excited to receive it!!
I asked my friends if they have heard of it or read it and apparently they knew about it and love it! Crazy how many people know about it, but also how many people have yet to discover this wonderful series
I first read this book when I was in year 6 and ever since it’s been my favourite book. I haven’t found another so perfect for my interests. I 100% recommend this book for anyone who loves fantasy and fairy tales.
By my magic, I was so surprised, An Author’s Odyssay is literally (with A Grimm Warning) my favourite book in the series! Also, have you read the A Tale of Magic… series? It’s, in my opinion, even better than TLOS series and focuses more on the youth of the fairy counsel. It’s three books so far, but I’m hopeful more are going to come.

I really love this series. I've read it a lot of times and it seems like the characters are real. I found the 5th book once in a library and then got the full series and I really enjoy it :)
My favorite book in The Land of Stories is An Author's Odyssey. I'm an author too and currently because of the release of the Wonka movie starring my Romeo, Timothèe "Timmy" Chalamet, I'm writing a novel about Willy Wonka's daughter just before the events of the 1971 Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory with Gene Wilder. The first book in the franchise is Little Wonka, the second book is called Hillary's Greatness, the third book is Candy Boy, and the fourth and final book in the series is Pure Imagination. But aside from Conner's traits, I do have Alex's traits which is I'm helpful. But Chrissie Colfer is getting me through some hard times. I just recently found out my favorite actor, Darren Criss, and his wife, Mia Swier, are expecting their second child and they already have a one-year-old daughter, Bluesy, so that's an unexpected turn of events. Then in a heart dropped to my stomach when I found out Timmy Chalamet was dating Kylie Jenner, and I recently lost my second boyfriend who's a couple of years older than me, so his books are helping me a lot. Chrissie is very therapeutic for me. He calms all the fears I have in my stomach, heart, and soul. So thank you for doing this!

@ViktoriasAdventures, I need to start with my first book I wrote about what really happened at the Nativity and then go on to the Willy Wonka's daughter books. Here's a synopsis of the very first book: Timothèe Chalamet is adorable! He is literally the cutest little angel ever and I recently developed a crush on him. By the way, I'm currently writing a novel about Willy Wonka's daughter, Hillary. It's called Little Wonka. Fun fact: Willy Wonka's wife's name is Ava. And when I write Willy Wonka in this book about this thirteen-year-old girl who's half Lynn Loud Jr. athlete (If you know about The Loud House, you'll know what I'm talking about) and half chocolatier (takes after her daddy and mama, Ava), I see Timothèe Chalamet in this version. In the book after an introduction with Willy marrying Ava and Ava becoming pregnant with Hillary then giving birth to Hillary after nine months, the novel really starts when Hillary meets fourteen year old Sir Patrick Roswell Larkin. He's the youngest son of Pepperidge Larkin and the younger brother of Rocky Larkin. According to prophecy, Hillary is to save London from an evil threat. Turns out Pepperidge is the threat and Rocky is also a threat. They turn Yub Yub, Willy's trusted Oompa Loompa and Hillary's uncle since before she was born who speaks with a British accent and also speaks Loompanese, which is actually Ewok language, into an evil version and Pepperidge clones Patrick into evil clones and Hillary had to shoot them but ends up actually shooting Patrick (the real one). Her tears heal him, Willy is proud of his daughter, Hillary and Patrick share their first kiss, they end up together at the end, and Pepperidge and Rocky are arrested and they turn into the famous Roald Dahl characters, Aunt Sponge and Aunt Spiker.

@@c00zy22 he said that in an interview. I don't remember exactly in which one. It was a last year interview. I think it's on roz (ghosted by roz) or somewhere. I will be sure to link that when I come across that again
imo, parts 1-3 is where the series shines. Ever since part 4, the series has gone down hill for me. 4 and 5 were lower quality than 1-3. Yet they were still good books. However, part 6 was the deal breaker. It is nearly unreadable. I never liked the plot of it, and the ending was unsatisfactory to me as well. I don't get how it is your favorite, but everyone has their opinions, I guess. I heard that they are making prequels. Maybe that will make things better. If you are wondering whether or not to buy/read it, I would recommend to buy/read it. Despite it's flaws, parts 1-3 (and to a lesser extend 4-5) are good enough to counteract a poor ending.
I totally respect your opinion! I do think that the first three books are where the plot is the most interesting. Books 4-5 weren't my favorite, however, I loved the 6th one:)
Ahh! ❤ The covers of these books are so nice. I'm looking forward to read them. And I have a question for those, who have already read these books, can I start reading with the second book or they are closely related in plot? I will be grateful for your answer ʕ•ᴥ•ʔ
Hiiii! I’m so glad you have an interest in this book series! You will love it❤ I would suggest reading the first book first because although the two books have different plots, they are very tied to one another. I think you would enjoy the second book even more if you started from the beginning of the series:)

@@ViktoriasAdventures I am on the 6 rn

Land of stories=underated
yassss I agree!
Harry potter is good but land of stories little better
I have already read the series, this is one of the best books if not THE best book in one of the best publishers, Little brown
Yeah I totally suggest this series if you have ever thought about what the fairy tail creatures and people would have been like in the future!
I read the first back in elementary school, I’m a high schooler now but I still love this series!
Same here!
Lol 😆 when u got mad about the motorcycles. I just ordered the first one on Amazon and im excited to get it. I'm an adult but reading fairytales for me is self care. Not to mention how pretty the cover is.
@@AJ-jf2ui You can never be too old to read about fairytales!😉✨
Did you know that the covers in french/ french canadian are diffrent (it's called "Pays des contes" if you wanna check it out) :)
Ohh cool I didn't know that!
Dose it have pictures?
Nope! However, there are little illustrations above the beginning of every chapter:)
What’s your fav character
Definitely Conner! He's hilarious:)
Mines Bree!!!

omg! my fav books are a grimm warning and an authors odessey!. i started reading this series when I was in 6th grade and now im going to 10th grade and these are still my most favourite comfort seriese ever! my least favourite book was beyond the kingdoms.
Hi! I’m so glad we’re both obsessed with this series!! I’m in grade 11 and they are still my comfort books as well:)
If you guys like this series you should read the story thieves series by James Riley
Thanks for the recommendation!
$100 dollars? I live in the uk and I got them for £19! This book series is amazing though and I loved your review 🥰
Omg you’re so lucky to get it for that price!! Thank you so much, I’m glad you liked the video💗

I have no idea, I was so excited when I heard they might be making a movie but then nothing happened after that:(
Chris told that the merge didn't settle and he got the rights back. So he is starting the process again
@@annatimberlake7 oh shit that’s fire. How do you know this?
@@c00zy22 he said that in an interview. I don't remember exactly in which one. It was a last year interview. I think it's on roz (ghosted by roz) or somewhere. I will be sure to link that when I come across that again
@@annatimberlake7 Yes please remember too. I am very excited i really hope this goes through
I just finish The Enchantress Return ( book 2 ) today
Omg isn't it such a good book!? :)
imo, parts 1-3 is where the series shines.
I see I think the best books is 2 I love the character especially red she changed
@@ViktoriasAdventuresThanks for your answer ❤
I've read it 4 times and still not bored
I don't think you'll ever get bored of this series:)
Which age is suitable for this serie?
I'd easily say anything from 8+ because it's a book series that suitable for all ages:))
I love the Land Of Stories!

Such a good book!!!
@@ViktoriasAdventures for me the land of stories was life altering I’ve just started my first book and it’s gotten really good reviews by my family so far
Is this recommended as a read aloud for a 6 year old?
Yes! It would be very hard for a 6 year old to read because they're novels but if you wanted to read it out loud to them, I think they would love it!!:)
I personally find this series more nostalgic than Hp and also has less spoilers. I read this before Hp so maybe that’s it too 🤷♀️
omg yes this series is so nostalgic and important to me too!
@@ViktoriasAdventures ☺️
All places they went to in the Land of Stories, except the Elf Empire in the first book.
