Chef is sweet corn cream powder form used in your sweet corn soup recipe? It's white in color. I have noticed that it is in form of lumps when I have had sweet corn soup in restaurants and I wondered what it was. The sweet corn cream style from the cans is semi thick liquid form and it is not white in color.
