Hi Today is February 11th 2019 and i got a chrome Dubsta 2 on XBOX 1 by following your video, So many thanks and anyone who is trying don't give up.. I bought a bunker at 9 am and on my 3rd supply steal mission i got this mission.. After blowing up two of the 5 trucks i got the one with the supplies in..There will be three waves of attackers comprising of three pairs of dubstas I blew up the first two waves with the Buzard and fought the final two Dubstas from my Kuruma ( Obviously you can't blow them all up....) I took the supplies back to bunker in Black Dubsta like in Video - Then i went to LSC by airport and did three trips up and down the road before one spawned . I did start trying to spawn one befor 9am so make sure you check the time in game before you start... Well done and thanks for the video!
I think it's even easier to steal npc's custom dubsta using an ammunation delivery mission (the one in which you're hunted by a white and a red dubstas). You Can set the bunker as the Spawn location so as you could relaunch the mission until you get the right ennemies (as you could also get merryweather, ls Angels or no ennemy at all)
July 16, 2019 and it still works. It took a few hours, but I got it. I kept doing resupply missions at the bunker until I got the one with 5 trucks that need to be destroyed. When I blew up the one that had the supplies in it, Dubsta2s were spawned in pairs to come and get the supplies back. I let 4 of 'em spawn, lured the troops away in my chopper and then killed them. I ran back and got a Dubsta2 and drove off. Luckily the coming waves of troops only cared about the supplies and I just left them behind. It was 7 or 8 pm then, so I drove around The LSC near LSIA for 20-30 minutes until I rolled around to noon, in-game time. In my first pass of LSC just after Noon, the gold Dubsta 2 was waiting for me! I pulled it into LSC, added tracking/insurance and drove it home! Woo!

Finally got my Chrome Dubsta I was at the Southern LS Customs and saw that you went to Central LSC was going to head there after i gave Southern one more shot And there she was 03/10/2019
Just did this today and it worked just as shown. Got a gold i.imgur.com/GJdVBu1.jpg I would say to change your spawn location to your bunker so that if you don't get the right supply mission you can just change sessions and try again - you don't have to complete all the wrong supply missions. I tried for about 45mins the other day and didn't get the right mission. Today I gave it another try and got the right mission the 1st time, drove back to the vinewood area with the NPC Dubsta2 and followed the same exact path to Los Santos Customs as in the video and it was sitting there when I pulled in.
You need to be there daytime hrs between 9-5 preferably around noon South LS Customs is where I spawned mine But I've spawned Baby Blue Dominators ($20,000) and other high retail sale value cars at the Central location but always during daytime business hours

this is how I got mine. ef-ed it up the first time but withing 3 missions i got them again and managed to steal one.
Did this method and started to drive around the three LCS spots plus the one on the rich LS area from 8am to 5pm. Nothing spawned but usual dubstas
Took me 2 days to get the right mission and then 1h30 to spawn the damn truck.
