I was really enjoying the tour but was put off by seeing the master bedroom is right beside the living area. Prefer the master to be in a more secluded area of the home personally.

I live and grew up in the area, saw the land the transformed so they can build these houses, watched the cheap material they used to build them. Unless you’re looking for an insurance check either from an earth quake, land slide, or wild fire, go somewhere else.

Beautiful home but it's definitely not conducive to 55+ living and that laundry room is a big disappointment (too small).
