I bought a plant online that came with a bunch of instructions. She said, make sure your potting soil isn't expired. WHAT?? I didn't know that was a thing. If I see it for a good price I buy it anyway. I can't always find an expiration date.
I have some info for you on the oil-lamp you passed up. It was made in Northern Germany by Keramik Manufaktur Kupfermühle as part of their "Basalt" series. It was produced from 1989 to 1993. I used to visit their workshop back in the day and all their pieces were handmade and hand decorated. Unfortunately they have since closed down. They made high end tablewares that are still collected today - most are very colorful. I just love their pieces.
I loved that clutch purse & the pottery piece with the pour spout. I’m surprised you put them back, but I know you can’t buy everything, sadly 😭 lol Edit- I totally understand the “too peoplely” statement. I have never handled crowds very well. I remember when my mom & dad took my brother & I to Disneyland when we were in middle school, & neither of us liked it. I felt bad for my parents, but I just couldn’t stand to be around all the people there. My brother wanted to go find lizards around our hotel & I wanted to lay out in the sun & have room service delivered to me. My dad said next time they were just rent a hotel room down the street, ha ha. Anyway, I hope you took a day off & I hope you feel better! Happy 2024! ❤
