They missed a great opportunity to make a game with Snow , Serah and Noel as lead three with FF7 remake gameplay. Snow needed his own game honestly, his fist, power, story, it'll make an awesome game like dmc. Or the trio , cause these 3 together awesome
When they announced Serah as the main character for this game, I was excited. I like Serah, and I was thrilled that she was getting her own story. Then I met Noel. I can't even get very far in this game just because he grinds my nerves so much.

He even left her fiance for 2 years because of the same reason, he could have brought her with him yet he found her "weak" and just left her to wait till Noel came and made Serah stronger.

If you like the character, fine, but Noel is the first character in any game that has annoyed me to the point that I can't play the game at all. The REAL problem he has with the latter is how Snow can state his ideals so confidently and easily when Noel himself utterly failed to uphold those same ideals. Also, I'm not sure how you get "latches on" when Lightning flat-out told Noel to take Serah to her. kalliskivike Yes, take along the girl who had ZERO combat experience at the time (she only started training and practicing AFTER that) to the perilous wilds of Gran Pulse. Honestly the love story in this is shit and i thought ff8 story was bad the reason being is because not a lot of love moments were shared for audience to by it we just got a few simple cut scenes here and there and the talk about snow and serah getting married mild nothing that was strongly emphasized on to sell to audiance maybe if they had made the game a serah and snow journey i would of bought the love thing a bit more but seeing Noel and Serah form a bond strong than Snow and Serah well that's what i am going to assume because obvious traveling together they learned about each other FF10 will always be my favorite love story for reasons i won't get into and FF CC will be a close second because FF7 Cloud was way to emo for me to buy him and Aerith Zack had the right stuff also not gonna go into details but the love story in this is shit after the its on hold for now it was never brought up again in the game neither the last one
