Yes, the bars and gyms are open right now.

At around 15 minutes the enclosed area with the big pile of sand... are they going to fill that in?? Thanks
They are dredging sand from offshore to replenish the beach. I took a close up video of the dredging operation, and it will be at the end of Monday’s video.
I decided to upload the sand video today...so it's scheduled for 1 p.m. HST
