Weather: Sunny 17 ℃ (air is a little dry)
From turning on the fire to the last firewood bowl ... 11: 00-16: 00 (used for cooking in the Dutch oven after pizza)
Amount of firewood used: Approximately 10kg to 15kg (various types such as shii and maki)
Number of baked pizzas: 9 pieces of about 22 cm size

・ It took about an hour from burning to the start of pizza baking.
・ The pizza is very good, and the time to bake is much shorter than that of the original pizza kiln.
・ It was confirmed that a certain amount of firewood is consumed to keep the temperature suitable for pizza for a long time.
・ This time, I enjoyed the pizza baking party slowly, but if I continue to bake pizza intensively using the same amount of firewood under the same weather conditions, I think I can make 20 to 30 pizzas.
If you bake the same number of 9 pizzas that you baked today, with the best consideration for saving firewood, it will take 2 to 3 hours.However, you cannot relax.
The most efficient method seems to be to decide the roles of "Pizza dough stretching and topping", "Pizza baking" and "Eating" and rotate with at least 3 people.
(Pizza is baked within 1 and a half to 3 minutes per piece. Freshly baked is the best)

こちらのピザ窯を参考に自分も作ってみようと思うのですが、炉内の温度はどれくらいまで上がるものですか?
機械で計った訳ではないですがおそらく400〜500℃くらいにはなってると思います。
感覚的な話ですが、一瞬でも手を入れられないくらいの温度です。
