if a setup does not come often and ur size is tooo small it will also make you impatient, if you are going to wait for your setup but u know that when u trade it will be worth it with a big trade then that makes waiting easier

The main reason for failing:
Example $10000 account:
Risk 10% i.e $1000, target 10% i.e $1000
The account is stopped when a loss of $1000 is made.
Here the fund is not $10000 ❌, it is $1000 only✅.
So, the capital is $1000 and the target is $1000 😄
What does that mean? 100% profit target....!!! 😲
Now you got the point? And the reason why many fail is this. 👍

True😂 and also, this is just the phase 1 and 2 of evaluation. Once youre on phase 3 (FTMO trader) theres a set of rules that most people cant pass (not because theyre incapable), but because you will be terminated if you make any changes within 2 minutes before and after news. The moment any of your sl or tp gets triggered, you are cancelled 😂

the best advice i can give anyone is stop trading with prop firms, use your money , trading is extremely dificult as it is, add a ton of Prop firm rules, add the fact you have to pass 2 phases before you even make any money, just trade your own money, even if its 1k usd, if you make a win its pure money u can use instantly, once u become a master trader then get the prop firm challenge, if not u are adding incredible levels of stress on top of trading , and that alone will end u, thats why it was revealed that prop firms have i think it was a 0.03% sucess rate which is that someone got 1 payout, i believe the phases act too much against us, i started making money when i stoped trading prop firms and started trading my own money. i lost a ton in prop firms, cus of the stress and fear. when trading prop firm you have a lot of fear if u break a rule etc, that doesnt work in ur favor, thats why they are making in tons and tons of money.

There's only 1 time payment for the FTMO Challenge. What more, if you pass the Evaluation Process and become FTMO Trader, the initial fee for FTMO Challenge will be refunded to you with your first payout.
