I wanted to listen to this guy. His interview was very mindful and mature, and I was wondering if I would hear it in his playing... and yes, he truly does understand Chopin's music! Wonderful!

SUBLIME! Altos is THE best interpreter of Chopin alive today. He should hve won FirstPrize in the last Chopin Competition. His playing is beyind excellent. He understands the music, and plays it wth a rare degree of warmth and personal conviction, great good taste and wonderful, robust technique. If you saw the recital version of this performance during the 1st stage, this was the first piece he played and the audience can't help but applaud and of course they stopped realizing this was only the first piece! That shows his showmanship and how he can engage the audience to appreciate his interpretation!

No doubt that he is a great pianist. Aljosa has the ability to create his own magical sound. I would love to go to his concert someday.
