Thanks for the navigation assist Steve . We made the 50 miles in the interceptor without overheating. Had a blast at the show on Saturday. Looking forward to the full ABFM content videos.
The Canadian Sunbeam club had a similar event in about1979 or 1980 in the Toronto area. I didn't have my Alpine road ready yet so I took my old '63 Pontiac. It was a lot of fun, followed by a barbecue of course.
Lovely to see all these clearly cossetted and much loved British classic cars in North America. My favourite here being the wonderfully unexceptional Austin 1100/1300 (BMC ADO15), which were ubiquitous in the UK in the 60s and 70s, being the most popular car by sales between 1963 to 1966 and from 1968 to 1971 here - and still sell for reasonable prices, with parts still available, so make a good classic car for the newbie enthusiast.
Great turn out of British , that brown Healey is not my colour but I love the white walls! Glad you made it ok even if you didn't win I am sure it was fun. Thanks Steve. 👍👍
Marcos isn't pronounced Marc-owse, it's pronounced Mar- cos (short 'o') (at least here in the UK !) Looks like you had good weather and a very scenic drive. Thanks for the interesting video.
Shared your channel with a vintage Rolls Royce mechanic-hopefully he'll make his own channel with those ancient beasts-there a few left who know these cars like he does!
Hi Steve . Was that an SP ? The bonnet had the correct amount of louvres for an SP . Ironic that both the Jensen a d Rover have V8 's . Rover bought the copyrights from Buick .
A great video as always Steve. As one of your oldest subscribers PLEASE stop adding the muzak music. Silence would be more appreciated if you can't talk or let us just hear exhaust notes.
I's a shame the BMW's are allowed to participate in an, 'All British Field Meet Driving Tour'. Most of us over here don't see the BMW Mini as British in any way shape or form. It's a BMW.

Great meeting you here and talking about 280zx! Great content as well.
Beautiful cars indeed, my all time favorite is 'any model' Austin Healey ( big ones )

Enjoyed watching that Rover P5 that you were following - I've a couple of them in times past.
Of all the ones I saw, the one I would have chosen to take would be the Jensen.

I played a gig in downtown Portland tonight.

‘76 MK III convertible 440 (7.2l) fueled by Carter ThermoQuad (stock). Not a six-pack (SP).

Nice to see Portland OR. get some good press, Go Ducks.

Shouldn’t new mini’s be classified as German? And new Land Rovers.. Indian?

It is not better, the sound you would be hearing is horrible wind noise not exhaust notes.
@@ThisWeekWithCars I'm sorry Steve but for me the canned music belittles the quality of your content an silence would be an improvement.
I made a special version of the video just for you with no music check it out: th-cam.com/video/sPwxaLV1xRI/w-d-xo.html
