OUR SPACE PLANE FLIES UNDERWATER!?! - Small Space Plane Build - Stormworks Space DLC

Our space plane can fly underwater! I know thats not quite right... But it does! Also, lets pump so much more fuel into our rocket than we previously thought! So, lets make ourselves some super pumps that will do that job for us! We'll then go to space and back!

Frantic, little suggestion. Add a docking bay to the space plane! (Like a docking hatch with a magnet so you can dock at a space station, etc)

Hey frantic, you can actually connect fluid hoses together in build mode when using the logic rope tool, it applies the specific rope type to connector

I feel like this could benefit from a dedicated structure to help with the fueling process. Like, some ramp that is tall enough for you to walk under and holds the extra tanks, with the hose connectors at the edge of a cutout in the middle, directly below the connectors on the plane, as well as a clamp in the back to hold it in place while you're waiting for it to fill up. Cuz rn, the whole process seems more finnicky than it has to be.

if you pre-attach the hoses before the spawning in then you don't have to have it stick out or anything, could even have the nozzles inside the craft

@@FranticMatty then perhaps make a rig that has a crane like arm to hang over the cargo bay where you have the hose nodes, then you can even carry an extra fuel tank inside the cargo bay if you're hauling extra fuel up there

​@@Shadow_Hawk_Streaminggood idea. Tbh I've never played stormeorks so idk if it would work, but could you fll the extra space in the fuel room with loose fuel? Like without tanks? I'm guessing you can't use spawners to spawn fuel, but if your refueling it from tanks anyway you could just have jet fuel tanks and the rest of the space could be used for rocket fuel or spare fuel/stuff.😊

You should extend the middle part of the aircraft or the width, but mainly the length, to increase the capacity and room, it woudo really be a good addition!

Have been thinking about it, but did you think of using oxygen right from the atmosphere when flying low? Got that idea from KSP, rapier engine, which can function in both ways, thought it would be interesting if it were able to do something similar. If nitrogen and co2 start backing engines up, try the design where engine is connected to a pipe, where the air goes through, in and out.

Btw with the rear landing gear I think it would be cool to make it fold up more like a wwII fighter, or the avro Vulcans, where it goes sideways into the wings. Also would look cool if the rear landing gear wheels only had single wheels, instead of dual like the front😊
