It has been transferred to Le Marche from where it will be disseminated throughout the world through all possible channels . Don't lose hope. A new age is dawning. The most scholarly of US presidents, Thomas Jefferson, already thought so. There is nothing wrong with the German musicians that you mention. But they owed everything to Italy. Schuetz was the most important German musician before Bach. But he went on trips to Italy and the only one he ever referred to as his teacher was Giovanni Gabrieli. German political Pangermania ended in a bunker in Berlin in April 1945. It is time for German musical Pangermania to end. We want to be free. Leo Depuydt
