This picture fits so well. It's like his theme song. I love accelerator so much it's hard to explain. He's on new levels of over powered but still way cool. I love his development, he made to aru great. Easily the best character, the light novel is great but it wouldn't be nearly as good without accelerator.

I'm honestly sick and tired of people commenting on songs like this and being all like "Oh this song describes me so well because I'm totally insane!" like dude, you just want attention and if you actually were insane you most likely would be in a hospital and as someone who suffers from severe anxiety and depression, It's just annoying because having a mental illness isn't cool, it sucks. Obviously, Accelerator is at the front, the blonde dude is Tsuchimikado, the red-haired girl is Musujime Awaki who was defeated by Accelerator - I remember seeing the fight in the anime, I think it's in Index II.
And the dark-haired guy then has to be Etzali who was stalking Misaka in the Three Stories Arc at the end of Index Season 1.
The picture is therefore showing the members of GROUP and no, you don't have to read the light novel to know them.
Opposed to that, in the other assumptions the characters wouldn't fit at all.
K: K may feature a white-haired (very calm) boy, a blonde with sunglasses and a black-haired person, but there is absolutely nobody with long red hair. Also, while Shiro and Kuroh in the same picture would make sense, Kusanagi doesn't have any connection to them.
Tokyo Ghoul: If that were Kaneki, his eyeball should be black, not to mention it's the wrong eye to begin with. Also, the background characters do not match at all.
Finally, Hamatora: I don't even see any connection 0.o You could interprete the blonde one as Birthday maybe but his hair is a lot more brownish. Also, while Hamatora does feature two white-/silver-haired characters, Art is very calm and Moral's hair is much longer, reaching his waist.
