If I'm going to be honest, episode 22 was the final episode in the whole series, and another one especially on billibilli (I'm sure you can find it but if not, email me and I'll give you the link to his billibilli channel if you need it....) was basically a special of his mother and himself as both wolves and humans at the same time, with him looking at a painting and it came to life where he was standing. Since then he hasn't posted another one since the original story was already over. So yeah, at this point he's just making animations to advertise products in his home country of china/japan.

The animation is made by one person (at least in the beginning, pretty sure they have a small team now), but this TH-cam channel is only re-uploads from the BiliBili. Normally, the ads would be in between of the story animations, but they re-uploaded all the main story first
The og animator is on bilibili. Take this channel's name, run it in bilibili, and you'll find more animations. There's even a follow-up video with the mom! So yeah, it's just re-upload.
