The owner from B&B's card shop has been around since the early 90's , he started in Lakewood ohio, great owner, used to go to his shop all the time in my teenage year's

I used to work at a sports card shop in 01’ my boss used to search packs! That’s why if I buy, I’ll buy a box! But I know not all card shops are like that!

Agree never opened them but really liked the design of 2015 Topps. That was a fun watch.

7.99 for a hobby pack is why I no longer buy. Jabs videos is how I keep up somewhat with the hobby.

@@pakkie27 yeah it is, hobby boxes used to be like 100$ for let’s say 24 packs which is like 4$ per pack but now boxes are a lot more even if they don’t have a lot of hits

I went to target yesterday I was going to by a tops chrome box that’s $35.00 thanks to watching you I remember that the chrome boxes are bad so thanks for saving me 35.00
Not Baseball but, Arnold Palmer always signed legible autographs during his whole career. He hated the "scribblers" Also, in 1959 we didn't know what a rookie card was. Everyone, of course, wanted #10 Mickey Mantle but we actually used the Bob Gibson rookie card in our bike spokes. After all it was an unknown player and a PINK card at that. (Good Grief)

Great video!! Love cards shops. In fact, I am in the works of opening my own later this summer. I’m going to focus on the hobby aspect as to not overprice boxes like on eBay. My target customers is kids. That’s our future in collection. I realize it’s a business now, but the fun of the hobby is losing its steam for the insane profits.

@@ryanjohnson7560 I live in South Eastern Kentucky. Very rural. My county I live in has a pop of 14,000. Nothing here. Closest shop is in Ashland, Ky. About 60 miles from us. Hoping to attract more for hobby besides the Walmart flippers.

Jabs, most of those guys don't write out their full name in their actual signature. The facsimile autos appear how they were on their original topps rookie contract so all of them are how they were then. More often than not player do a higher effort signature when they are only signing a contract
I actually found a 2000 Fleer Mystique pack today at a card store in Cincinnati. It cost me $4.95 but I got a Derek Jeter and a Randy Johnson card in it!
