Hi everyone, our recipe for today is a delicious ube bar, this recipe is mainly made up of self-rising flour mixed with ube halaya, ube flavour and purple food colouring then mixed together while pouring mixed water to form your dough, separate the dough into 2 piece and place in separate baking trays, bake it then cut it into a shape of a bar next dipped in a ube flavoured liquid mixture then dipped in fried desiccated coconut to finish your special ube bar.

Dough;
Self-rising flour - 10 cups Salt - 1⁄2 tsp
Baking Powder - 1 tsp Sugar - 2 cups
Melted Butter - 1 cup Milk - 1 cup
Ube Halaya - 2 tbsp Purple Food Colouring - 4 tbsp
Ube Flavour - 4 tbsp Water - 2 cup
Butter - 1 tbsp
Toppings;
Water - 1 & 1⁄2 cup Icing Sugar - 2 cups
Ube Flavour - 1 tbsp Purple Food Colouring - 1 tbsp
Desiccated Coconut - 3 cups
