that build does not deal enough damage for a one shot kill. maybe in HC! however when i give my recommended build its because i know its the best modification hands down. i know the exact specific attachments to use for the best performance. good try though, i like the way you think.

They didn't ban perks they actually implemented them also bro I'm telling you Premier is easy to grind their setting called autoshoot and it's op bro it gonna be crazy top 5 premier builds
