Thoso genres are the most NOISE ANTI-MUSIC HAHAH i hate this modern music to death like shit pop and same shit like that . music for me are only OLD PUNK ROCKERS 70's early 80's HARD & HEAVY METAL LIKE Judas Priest, Motorhead, Alice Cooper, Black Sabbath, etc, R'N'R 50's 60, BLUES JAZZ, AND HORROR OLD CLASSICS like example AVE SATANI OMEN , DANCE OF THE KNIGHTS FROM PROKOFIEV .17 CENTURY CLASSICS
I remember seeing this on MTV and thinking "What is this! I've got to get me some of these guys!" Saw this the same time I saw The Robert Cray Band with "Smoking Gun". Been listening to both ever since!
Since watching the movie desperado around 12 years old. I didn't realize how much this band influenced my entire life! 35 now and these boys still make my hair raise.
This song makes me tremble, and this band's fantastic. This song as well as the Band is hands down better than anything in the way of music that's out today, nothing can touch this classic piece.John Guinto
Great old tune . Heard these guys 30 years ago regularly. Haven’t heard them since until I started listening to outlaw country radio where they play a mix of great music.
I am REALLY glad to discover this on TH-cam, to be able to hear this song again after so many years. I like the video too, with scared '80s people intercut with old horror movie clips. And I've never forgotten the intro with Alfred Hitchcock, from the preview for "Psycho". "I think we can go inside..."
Shit hot !!! did a lot of Los Lobos, when l was fronting the Leroy & the Lowriders Band, Sunshine Coast, Queensland , Australia., many moons ago. Especially dig this sog. Los Lobos your legends.
God I absolutely love this tune,it flows through my whole body, this is,without a question an honest to God feel good song, makes my heart skip a beat, makes me feel so good!,this is so good!.John Guinto
God I love this song. It's been stuck in my head since it first came out! What is it about this song that resonates so many years later? Anyway, thanks for posting it.
It's funny this song about the earthquakes we have here in LA. This is my favorite Los Lobos album, "By the Light of the Moon"...just 6 months before the band exploded all over the globe w/ "La Bamba".
I have often wondered if some fast food company ever approached these guys to use the song to sell milkshakes and they told them to get lost. Possible?
Really! I am so disappointed that Los Lobos put the rape scene of a women by a beast! I was not aware that they condoned Sexism and Violence against women!
Oh for cryin' out loud, Lucia, it's a bunch of old scary-movie clips from the great days of Hollywood!! A great song for Halloween, BTW...They aren't condoning a damn thing, except rockin' & having a good time!!! You holy rollers have the tightest asses and loosest screws of anybody I've ever met!! YOU are the one with the problem...You must need to get laid badly...LOOSEN your stays & LOOSEN your sphincter before you blow up!!
Damn near 30 years later....and this song still ROCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!
You know it!!!!.John M Guinto
30 plus years later and this one is still a banger. They still perform it live and damn, it hits like if it was the first time hearing it.
On contrary to many other people in comment section who did not hear this song in years I listen to Los Lobos in average every month and this is one of my fav's !!!! Keep on rocking guys !!!
And they're still going strong.
The guitars of Los Lobos always sound fantastic

And Lord it makes Mr tremble.Very underrated band one of those bands that are successful without getting a lot of radio play.
Cesar's and David's guitars cascade over each other brilliantly.

The wind, The fog, A woman "Lord they make me tremble" Great lyrics, great song(seriously rocks) from some very talented musicians!
Pretty sure the middle verse is an earthquake, not fog. "A fault runs through the valley"

I'm his newest, biggest fan. I have not prowled his pages enough to learn whether or not he ever hits So. Cal, but if he does, I'm already there!❤❤❤
Just as great as their 2 La Bamba hits...from the SAME year actually: 1987.
