Carnivor diet has worked wonders for me at 44. The last 4 years. No doctors for the last 20 years. No Covid, no jab, regular exercise and pot every day. 🤷‍♂️

Go look up Dr Shawn Baker the proponent of the Carnivore diet. It’s not the red meat. It’s a lot of other issues especially the processed foods and carbohydrates

My doctor has put me on a diet that pretty much eliminate red meats to deal with a health issue. So eating more beans and chicken and feeling good. I do have some red beef once a month, because I know doing it occasionally helps stay off red meat the rest of the month. I'm ordering that book for sure.

I think it’s best for everyone to learn their OWN body type, because we are all not the same. I am an Endomorph and once I increased my protein and cut carbs and sugars I felt AMAZING!

That hunger thing needs to be looked into. Don't eat to get full, the body doesn't digest that fast so the waste has to go somewhere.

I'm a full time carnivore. I eat red meat everyday. I'm 52. I disagree with Dr. Smith. Dr. Ken Berry disagrees with Dr. Smith. Dr. Shawn Baker disagrees with Dr. Smith. Do your own research and extension what works best for you.

I understand that this works for “him” and is “his Life Experience”, but I have been in my Nutrition/Fitness Lifestyle for 10 years now, by THE GRACE OF GOD.
I learned that Nutrition/Fitness is different for everybody and even though tid bits work, everyone still have to figure out what works long term for their body.
The elders in my Nutrition class I go to every Friday night are all Plant Based as pretty much damns everyone who is not. This does not make them bad at all, it is just what works for us, we want to influence others to do the exact same thing, but everyone’s journey in Life is just going to be different especially when it comes to Nutrition
    My opinion….
    Blessings YALL. 2025!!!!! Amen.

all humans are virtually the same as we are one species and need the same minimum amounts of macro and micro nutrients. it's not rocket science. calories in and calories out.

As you get older, you have to get enough protein to preserve muscle. This is essentially to heath and longevity! Not eating meat will make this extremely difficult

Explain? You said as you get older, you have to get enough protein... why does it have to be an animal? Nature provides proteins in plants, beans, nuts, seeds, and fruits. I'm not a vegan nor a PETA person, I just don't understand why people think that EATING other animals is the answer.
