The no-bake chocolate dessert everyone is looking for!

A very tasty and quick no-bake treat , these mini chocolate delights will melt in your mouth
with a delicious chocolate and biscuit base, creamy cheesecake filling, and smooth chocolate ganache topping! This dessert is super easy to make and perfect for any occasion!

all you need
For the Biscuit Base:
260g Biscuit crumbs
100g Semi-sweet or milk chocolate
3 Tbsp Unsweetened cocoa powder
1/3 cup Heavy cream, slightly warm
55g Unsalted butter at room temperature
For the Cheesecake Filling:
1 cup Cream cheese at room temperature
55g Unsalted butter at room temperature
1/2 cup Powdered sugar
3 Tbsp Unsweetened cocoa powder
For the Chocolate Ganache Topping:
1/2 cup Semi-sweet chocolate
1/4 cup Heavy cream (hot)
for decoration
50g melted white chocolate
