Hello, while clearing some space on my mac, I accidentally deleted my transitions folder and all the stuff under movies. That deleted all my transitions and effects. Now it won't let me install anymore things. Please try to help.
Hey dude I know how you feel and I stumbled on this once video that helped me fix everything! So the way you can fix this is by going into your movies folder and recreating all of the folders inside of it but you need to make sure you spell everything correctly and also put .localized inside the "get info" tab of each folder so FCPX recognizes it. Watch this video called "A Guide to Installing Templates/Plug-ins for Final Cut Pro X" and the guy in it will tell you everything you need to know about how to make all of this happen! :) Good luck dude!
