It's the final episode of "Les Miz" star Ramin Karimloo's vlog. Don't be sad! This episode has tons of backstage shenanigans, interviews and puppets. We'll miss you, Ramin!

Ramin should have won the Tony, his performance as Jean Valjean is unbeatable.
I agree. It sucks because when you have a show that has won so many awards like Lis Miserables has it tends to get over looked. I agree thought, Ramin is BRILLIANT in everything he does.
It's because he was up against Neil Patrick Harris. You know the critics....
I actually saw NPH in Hedwig and now that I have seen the show I retract my previous statement. Harris' Tony was VERY well deserved.
Not only did he sport high heels he changed his whole eating habits and completely 100% committed to the role. We don't know what happens backstage and how actors prepare for a role unless the actor tells us, They just have to make it look believable in that moment. However I believe if you have a chance off stage to commit to a character and get closer to them by all means take it. NPH is the prime example of this. Being an actor for over 20 years I know what it looks like if an actor isn't willing to go there 100%, Niel went there and even did things that made him uncomfortable but he made it look so natural. I think his Tony was VERY well deserved! He put in the work and he got results! I love Remin don't get me wrong he is one of my FAVORITE stage actors but I just think this time Niel had him beat.
@@kimberlydavis7186 I saw Hedwig. It was great, but I think there are many other performers who could have done NPH's job just as well. Hedwig is a great role for any performer who can perform the technical feats (many can) and pull off the character. I preferred Hugh Jackman as Hedwig, personally. I think NPH won the Tony because it's an LGBTQ thing, and the Tony's are a sponsored event. They couldn't *not* give it to him, because that would be a political statement of some kind.
I wish Ramin had won the Tony, because very few performers could have re-invigorated such an old classic like Jean Valjean for a modern audience. That was a difficult task, that Alfie Boe for example, could not have done.
I find my self so annoyed seeing all those people passing by Ramin,not knowing who he is while I'm on the other side of the world dreaming of getting a glimpse of him ! C'mon

The 3 of them on the couch was a hoot, and Will all snuggled up was priceless. I love their friendship. These were fun to watch!

I return to these vlogs every so often for inspiration. Ramin's so humble and authentic and he brings so much love to what he does. He reminds me how great life can be if we all hold these same virtues.

can we all just talk about their performs at the Tony Awards. It was amazing. I think i was so ready for the fact that that the Tony's were starting and then they were the opening number was even better. The cast was amazing. I had a flashback moment during their performs because I performed that song with my drama thespian group the year I got inducted and its such a great memory. Their performs was just amazing. Also can I just say Will Swenson had such a great moment when we had tears when his wife won her 6th Tony. Her winning her 6th Tony is something of its own.
Thanks to Ramin, his beautiful family and the Les Mis family for these vlogs; definitely going to miss them. Ramin, seeing you play Phantom or JVJ live is on my life's bucket list!

I only discovered this man recently and he is 😍 Wish we could see more of Ramin and his family. They're so lovely. As much as I love him and wish I had a lovely guy like him in my life(!) I am happy he and his wife and children have such a great relationship, they're adorable. We just need more of them on screen! They need a channel of their own!

My sister actually was in the production of Les Miserables this year at my college (which is Tecnologico de Monterrey if you want to watch some scenes in youtube here they are) and it's kind of a very difficult show to play and when I saw her for the first time and I cried! I can't imagine how your family feel everytime they see you! I am a big fan since the Phantom and you know what, hopefully (crossing fingers) I can meet you someday and tell you how amazing you are not only as an actor/singer but actually an increible human being! Love your country side btw! Keep it up Ramin! I am going to miss this! Living the dream!

My high school went to New York City and lucky me!!! I got to see Ramin perform :) I cried after the performance because my friend said he "got to meet Ramin" but he never met him. I love Ramin's voice so much it's insane!
