    Baruch HaShem! Todah rabbah Rabbi Mordecai for this teaching on the basics of Jewish life.
    It’s really a great insight on the explanation of the imagery of Kefe’s denial of Mashiach 3 times before the rooster crowed.
    Shalom!

      @@slowhand63 Shalom.Why don’t you let people find out for themselves this matter that you are talking about? You should be preoccupied working on your spiritual self autoevaluación , Yeshua could come today and you are busy with other things. May HaShem give you his wisdom. Yeshua bless you.😇

    Expressed in the Divine context, the Tenth Level refers to
    God’s allowance of an extra measure of mercy even for the
    common person who fails to extend such generosity to others. The
    Tenth Level is called Truth

    This is a good teaching. But now, have written in my NKJV the Tretagramaton in Hebrew over the pagan L-rd, L-RD. And I have received mail with it in the return address. I have so much and put it in a box to put it or bury it in a proper way and place. What do I do now?

    Please explain..Paul said that if you were not circumcised, don't look to be circumcised.

    • @LapidJudaism
      @LapidJudaism  ปีที่แล้ว

      He also said that of your not married stay single. If you are a slave stay in your servitude. Paul was wrong on both counts. To tell some one to ignore or violate the Torah is a sin. In fact, teaching people to sin is the worst sin of all! That entire section of Paul’s letter is full of contradictions and errant statements.

    Shalom Rabbi. I eat clean but not kosher, thoughts?

    • @LapidJudaism
      @LapidJudaism  5 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      That's a good first step but it's not the finish line. You should begin to eat Kosher. That is the mitzvah (Will of HaShem).

    I was told by a Rabbi that Jesus did not have a sader because the sader came out about 60-70yrs after his death-is that true?? You stated he did at 1:15mins in your video...

    • @LapidJudaism
      @LapidJudaism  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      We presume that this must have been a messianic "rabbi"? The Messiah (Yeshua) did, in fact, have a seder and the "rabbi" to whom you spoke was 100% in correct. Thank you so much for watching!

      Lapid Judaism there have been so many things that I’ve come to realize...including the LAW...”Sin is transgression of THE LAW” this BLEW MY MIND!!! I have seen this verse b4 BUT NEVER RRALKY SAW IT...as a Christian we have been programmed that grace did away with the law...BUT IT IS SIN NOT TO FOLLOW the law....I am learning MUCH from your channel...do you believe Jesus is God incarnate or justa prophet....I AM NOT AGAINST JUDISM AT ALL...I have many questions...I also plan to buy and install a Mezuzah in my home....any recommendations on reading materials PLS recommend baby step materials as I am seeing the Bible now from a more Jewish perspective!

    • @LapidJudaism
      @LapidJudaism  5 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Noble Price yes there is much to learn and probably more to unlearn. First, we wish to be clear that we believe in Yeshua as the Messiah as opposed to the Christina “jesus”. As time goes on (and you stay with us) you will come to appreciate the significant difference. Second, we believe that Messiah is Divine; the Torah Manifest; The Image of HaShem.

    • @IPULCOLUMBIA
      @IPULCOLUMBIA 5 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Lapid Judaism so Jesus is not God manifested in the flesh? Pls explain...do you accept verses from the New Testament...like 1 John 5:20? I AM NOT AGAINST THE TEACHINGS just want to understand more...I really have to get a basic understanding of Hebrew I don’t understand when people speak the language...
      I I have been seeing some videos on TH-cam with a rabbi named Friedman this guy just blows me away I have never seen so much insight....like your videos INCREDIBLY EDUCATIONAL!!

    Why Jews don't called His name Yahweh?. Isaiah 48 -8 say I am Yehweh and this is my name. please explain.

    • @LapidJudaism
      @LapidJudaism  5 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      No one knows how to pronounce His Name and that is especially true of non Jews who can’t even order a coke in Hebrew. Secondly, when the Divine Name was spoken in the Temple era, it was said only in the Temple but the priest because it was so Holy.

    I absolutely enjoyed this, except for Josephus info regarding changing the cock crowing in the scriptures. I disagree with that. Every version and every commentary I've ever read, even in the original Greek say it's a rooster. You can hear a rooster from miles away too.
    [the] rooster
    (John 18:13-27, Matt. 26:34)
    ἀλέκτωρ (alektōr)
    Noun - Nominative Masculine Singular
    Strong's Greek 220: A cock, rooster. From aleko; a cock or male fowl.
    (as included in the original text

    Question.... can a person be saved if they don't believe in Yeshua?

    • @theresakrout2698
      @theresakrout2698 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It is a discussion in our group that we know God loves all of mankind and there is only one religion (way to follow God) so what about the faiths that do not believe the Jewish/Christian beliefs, therefore don't have Messiah? Can a person just be good and call God by another name?

    • @LapidJudaism
      @LapidJudaism  4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      The short answer is no but it gets somewhat complicated when applying that to Orthodox Jews. As far as calling God by some other name.....there is only one God and that is HaShem. All other religions are counterfeit and their "gods" are demons.

  • @purposesusage5655

    My question was on circumcision.
    But I think you went way out of bounds. If you read the whole context of what he was saying, he'd didn't tell them not to marry. He was referring that if you can contain yourself, do so. Because you have a better chance in serving Elohim, because you have more time, whereas if you're married, we can't give to Him what we would like. I feel that way at times. Apparently you're not married or you would understand how he would like to see others like him, and be able to serve Elohim as he does.

    • @LapidJudaism
      @LapidJudaism  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Been married for 28 years.
      So, I understand your zeal and passion for all things Paul. Most Christians practical if not for all intents and purposes, worship him. His letters literally Trump actual scripture. We do not share your zeal, to say the very least.
      Your assessment of what Paul taught about marriage is simply incorrect. He encouraged one to stay single UNLESS you can’t control your sex drive. That is both unbiblical and ridiculous. One of the first things HaShem commanded was for men and women to marry and it was not about sex.
      The bottom line os that Paul is wrong in many places. He is just a man. One would do well to base their faith on the Word of God. When the word of man seems to contradict the Word of God…..we go with the Word of God.

  • @purposesusage5655

    Please explain..call no man "Rabbi" only Y'shua

    • @LapidJudaism
      @LapidJudaism  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      He also said call no man teacher or Father which is never mentioned by the gentiles who cite that verse. The entire discourse of Matthew 23 is about hypocrisy and seeking undue glory. It was not to be taken literally.
