Honestly I feel like those who want Mizuki shouldn't waste their primogems on her banner, of course by all means do as you please, but like if she's gonna be a standard banner character I feel like they should just wait until the next anniversary to get her for free. Ima wait till the next anniversary for her if she's gonna be on standard banner. But like I said, by all means do as you please with your gems
