Agar direct job offer he aa jaaye and we're already in Europe then phir to koi zaroorat nhi na yeh opportunity card wagaira ki? Phir to direct job visa apply hoga??
Since March 1, 2024, holders of the EU Blue Card can obtain a permanent residence permit or “Niederlassungserlaubnis” after 27 months of residence in Germany. If you can prove that you have the language level B1, the period will be even shorter, i.e. 21 months. I am blue card holder since 1st October 2022 I would also be eligible to get PR after 27 months ?? Please confirm .

My visa type is spouse visa and I am working here in Germany in Niedersachsen region. I have my permanent job contract and I want to change my visa type from dependent to independent so I came under which category. Can I eligible for Blue card or for Work visa. Kindly reply
I got offer letter as a Manager in transportation company from my employer (non regulated profession) m masters n 5 year wroking experience in different field, annual salary is 45,300 euro My job back ground is not from IT nor in health related field etc My question is that m i eligible for the job card? 2nd question is i need travel/health insurance From where i can get it?
As your job doesn't seem to be from the labour shortage industry, in that scenario you are not eligible for Blue card. For travelling, you can get travel insurance from companies in your country itself, it must be a requirement for getting visa. German health insurance you can get once you come here and start working/ living here.
