1 Carrot (Chopped)
1/2 Chopped White Onion
1/2 Tomato (Chopped)
1/4 tsp All Purpose Seasoning
1/2 tsp Ground Ginger
3-4 Pimento Seeds
1 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
1 tsp Gravy Browning
Small Bunch of Thyme
1/4 tsp Chopped Scotch Bonnet (Optional)
