Thanks buddy! Strong work as always.
Can somebody give me a link to the ghost video???????
Never witnessed a bass eat a rat. I have seen a squirrel get busted that fell off a small limb, and I've seen them bust baby ducks. Thanks for taking us along for what I know is going to be a great adventure and video.
I got a 6' st. Croix panfish rod, different series, i guess. Mine has more plastic on the handle, yours has more cork. But i literally bought everything your ultralight setup is. Mind you, this was a couple of years ago, but i get home from work. Had the entire setup waiting for me. I took out the rod, set it up, and loved it instantly, never had an ultralight setup so "smooth," i guess. But i was seeing how limber it was, first night having it, never fished it before. and i accidentally hit my ceiling fan, with the tip of my rod, broke the last eye, so now its about 5'9. Still absolutely love it! Dumb mistake i wont make again!
Oh yeah I use to trap them
i learn alot from your videos and really enjoy em thank you
Good evening Justin!!! Love the videos!!
Thanks for taking us along! Tight lines from West Texas!
Good evening Justin and everyone else
Hopefully it will be a hot fishing day 😁. Good luck 🤞🍀 and God bless 🙏
I can’t believe I have watched this so long but I can’t stop laughing at the stories and I live 5 miles from where you are thanks for the content
Thanks Tony!
Muskrats....our targets for making sure our guns were sighted in when I was growing up in Colorado. Nasty critters they are.
You know I would have watched/listened to the end if you did troll back to the car, lol.
Great video, as always. Have a blessed night, Justin.
Thank you Teri!
I'm glad to be your fishing buddy don't get to hot
Thanks Andy!
Get r done . Love the videos im going fishing soon . I watch all the uncut videos
I'm surprised you can grip those pedals with those super smooth feet of yours, 😂 keep up the great videos
Love your videos! I was just curious if you take a paddle with you as a back up when you use the peddle drive.. I can't see it on the video? Tight lines!
Yes, I always have a paddle in case of emergency
I don’t know if you fish everywhere in TN but a great pan fish lake is reelfoot lake in north west TN. Would love to see a video there.
It’s on my to do list. I have always wanted to go there.
i haven’t caught a catfish since i was about 14 and i fish a ton i really love crappie fishing that all i really do is panfish but here lately i wanted to catch some catfish to eat i bought a twc whisker whip medium and everytime i try to catch catfish never have any luck kayak catfish have any tips for catching eater size catfish
I caught a muskrat , fair and square in the mouth , on corn while carp fishing.
A muskrat is about the size of a possum. It looks like a giant brown rat. They dig holes in the river banks. Flatheads (Yellowcat), Bluecats and bass will eat the smaller ones.
Justin love the stories your one crazy guy. Keep up the entertainment.
Justin, fish the Holston river enough and you'll see plenty of muskrats
Justin, ive dug through some videos and cant find that ghost video, can you please help me find it? I love things like that
I believe it was this video. There is probably a comment with a timestamp of where it’s at in the video.

@@KayakCatfish freaking crazy!
Can you please give me the title or link to the video with the voice in it. I would like to check it out.
It’s linked in one of the other comments on this video
Hey Justin, I've been using those lock n knocks for a year or so and I definitely don't think they save any money. What they do save me is time and frustration having to retie all the damn time. 😂 Yeah I'm that lazy. 😂
Haha! I am that lazy too so we definitely have that in common.
Went yesterday and by 930 it was getting hot. Only thing that helped was the wind. Caught a enough blue gills for cats, caught only one but nice for my standards , nothing like yours lol. Seen a couple skips but nothing to brag about.
Haha my sister has a musk rat in her pond and it taunts me every time I’m out there bank fishing it!
1:40 Sharks (any shark) have only 1 photo receptor in their eye. This means they only see in black, white, and various shades of grey. This also means they have no color preferences. The frantically moving silhouette of a seal, or an elongated turtle... (Maybe a kayak ?) presented to the right shark (a 20 footer), on the wrong day.... ? ? ? ? !!!😮
Dude go catch a Sailfish out there
my job relies on good surveys. I travel my state and install windows. if we don't have good surveys, we don't work when it's slow. nor will we get quality jobs.
Private equity's goal in acquiring medical practices is to maximize profits not sustain adequate services in the medical field. This goal puts a squeeze on wages and staffing decisions. Soon we'll have nobody working at any task that private equity folks have devalued because they don't have the foggiest notion about medical issues or concern for providing adequate services. Our well-being means nothing to greedy folks.
Companies always pay women more than men for the same job now days. I’ve been victim to the same thing. I even had way more experience and education in my case. And that’s not all, but that’s all I can say here.
I just started watching this at 12:40am….. and at 1am you’re talking about ghosts. My late sergeant and I personally witnessed something weird back in the late 90s. Afterwards, We sat down in his office to figure out how to document it. We never spoke about it after that night.
I do not like things that I can’t shoot!
Try a dab of superglue at the head of the jig to help hold your minnow on
Justin in the last month I know of 4 tiger sharks that have been caught here in the keys. That would be a cool experience. The only people I know of that have been bit down here in the keys by sharks all deserved it as they were doing stupid things. At Bahia Honda it could have been a big shark or big Goliath Grouper that straightened your hook. The Goliath Grouper can get up to 800 pounds.
That would definitely be cool to catch a tiger shark. Bucket list fish for me.
Got my 1st kayak for fathers day. Its just the cheap Pelican Catch 100 Classic. It's just a paddle kayak but i really like it so far. Ive taken it out once so far lil nervous about it since i cant swim lol. Had alot of fun ultralight and bass fishing in it the other day but my oldest son got sick. I only got to fish for a cpl hrs b4 that.i caught alot of bluegill and a few small yellow bass and cpl 10 to 12 inch channel cat. Went bank fishing today caught green sunfish , bluegill, longear sunfish , large jaw and a 12 inch crappie and 3 channels a lil over 20 inches. The crappie and channels will be a great meal lol. Anyway Loving all the raw uncut videos. I actually watch every sec soon as I see them.
Hey from southwest ark...
Love to see these videos its been hot down here in the south but man the bluegill and bass have been out
You are so right!
Gò to
Love to see these ultralight videos. Been doing some bass fishing lately using live bluegill while fishing from the bank. Was having success under a balloon but that was limited based on wind direction. Last couple trips, I have been using a rig very similar to the dragging rig with a demon dragon and a 4 oz sinker. The demon dragon keeps the bluegill about 3 feet off the bottom and the more he struggles, the more it rattles. Been hammering some nice bass and catfish on this setup from the bank.
Nice! Glad to hear you have been tearing up some fish.
Grandsons and l always look forward to your videos.
I buy 50-100 pack of jigs because i pln on getting snagged. They are cheap enough i don't worry about losing them. My gulp minnows cost 4.95 a jar my bobby Garland crappie magnets are 4 something a pack for 18 so i really don't worry about loosing stuff because thats just part of the game. Now if i throw more expensive lures i will do something to get it back instead of breaking off.
Great content man!! As a local fisherman in Western New York I highly recommend you take a fishing trip to the lower Niagara river. You wouldn’t be disappointed!!
Being pretty young I’ve never used those tungsten thing but I’ve found that if you grab your line right before you reel and push you fishing rod down the line it pops off every time. I creek fish a lot and sometimes I don’t feel like walking in the deep or just don’t want to spook the fish to much so I pull my line tight and loosen my reel and slide my rod down the line it it usually pops off every time but I don’t recommend if you can get over it or really close because I broke my rod one time. However if you do it right it doesn’t fray your line and I get it back every time.
You have muskrats. Old buddy of mine who has passed on was one of the best muskrat trappers in the country, and he lived in Alabama.
Sometime spice up your ultralight life with the exact same thing but a double jig rig, it gets a different kind of attention in my irrelevant opinion 😂
great video. only the ugly stix is window proof lol. lot of the better rods have better feel. stay safe.
Im offended that you got a problem with me being stupid
When I'm ultralite fishing like you are, I find I seem to do better on the shade side of the river. You notice anything like that?
I definitely seem to better in the shade in the summer months. I think the sunny side does better in the cold months
Red Lobster is in trouble
Congratulations Tennessee baseball. NATIONAL CHAMPIONS. This from a die hard Florida Gator fan.
Thanks! It was awesome to watch.
The 2lb line probably makes the plug knocker not as effective since it will break off easier.
Yeah that’s a good point
Giodd job
Justin you would have a holy meltdown if you heard someone say hey a skipjack can you turn around and one of us is sitting in the back of your boat great video sir just take us with you again next time you go
Awesome video I am dying about the squirrels😅😅😅😅😅
Justin can you shed some light on your tournament bump board you use? I've been trying to find a similar one without any luck.
It’s a muskie bumper measuring board
@@KayakCatfish Tyvm kind sir.
1:23:44 😂😂
your wild😂 I love it!
Justin have you ever ate at Uncle Gus’s in spring city.
Never been there
@@KayakCatfish we eat there when we come down to fish. Not sure if you like meatloaf but it’s awesome and the prime rib is also great.
Come to iowa I can show you rats of plenty up here
Hey Justin thank you for the upload!
aint nothin like ultralight fishin, up here in ky ive been fishin a public lake that everybody bass fishes and man ive pulled out about 50 10"-12" bluegill. caught a few 14 inch crappies too. on one of them rod and reels like yours i love it. I love these uncut videos man, ill usually leave em running in the background or fall asleep to em. keep it up man cause there aint no other fisherman on the youtube like you. i wish ya the best of luck with your fishing adventures! much love from south western ky. hopefully one day i can fish your waters
Thank you!
Whew buddy! Keep hydrated!
