  • Legendary Volleyball Moments the World Will Never Forget. These are 6 moments that the world will never forget. Each of these volleyball moments is special in itself and all of them will leave you breathless!
    1. 6 aces in a row by Yuji Nishida against Canada, FIVB World Cup 2019. In this video, you will see the then 19-year-old Yuji Nishida leading the volleyball team Japan to victory against Canada in the last match of the FIVB World Cup 2019 with 6 consecutive aces.
    2. 17 Year old Simeon Nikolov. This young volleyball setter played for the first team of Bulgaria in this year's Volleyball Nations League 2024. He showed incredible skills and shocked everyone.
    3. 4 aces in a row by Ivan Zaytsev. We go back 10 years and remember the legendary match between the Italy and USA volleyball team. With 4 consecutive aces, Ivan Zaytsev brought Italy an incredible victory.
    4. Qatar vs Venezuela, FIVB World League 2017. In that match, we saw one of the longest video-recorded sets in volleyball history. The set ended with a score of 45-43.
    5. In this video, we go back to the year 2011, and to the match when Ivan Zaytsev and Brazilian legend Giba first met and played against each other. Already a legend at the time, played against, as it turned out later, also great volleyball legend!
    6. Let's go back to the year 2018, the FIVB World Championship 2018. At that time, 16-year-old Melanie Parra showed incredible skills when she got the chance to play for the first team of Mexico in a match against Argentina.

Agree it's a moment the world will never forget, but that absolutely not 6 aces in a row, but 6 points in a row. It's 2 aces, then a point, and after that , 3 straight aces. Even the commentator said "3 aces out of 4" after the fourth serve.

Why’re you saying prime Nishida as if he still isn’t in his prime lol

Nishida is prime, is just that everyone else got better. No volleyball team in the world would not train harder after seeing a single man score 6 points in a row.

Ivan Zaytsev getting 4 aces against USA’s 4 man serve receive is genuinely insane.

      Indeed
Also, for anyone who sees this, I wanted you to know, God loves you, Jesus loves you, and God wants to have a wonderful relationship with you where He can guide you and talk with you, where He can be your Lord, and your God. But you have to give up your sin, you have to leave a life of sin and choose to follow God and choose to follow Jesus. You have to be willing to deny yourself, and take up your cross and follow Jesus. (Matthew 16:24). Jesus said “For whoever would save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for my sake will find it.” (Matthew‬ ‭16‬:‭25‬). Please, choose Jesus over your sin, sin will never be worth it, and sin leads to death and death leads to hell. (Romans 6:23 ) Jesus brings life (John 10:10). Jesus died for your sin to save you, if you choose to believe in Him you will be saved. (John 3:16)
Jesus Christ loves everyone and died for all of our sins. Jesus also rose again from the dead three days later, proving everything He said to be true (before He died He said He would rise again from the dead). Everyone has sin and the wages of sin is death. Sin leads to death and death leads to hell (Romans 3:23, Romans 6:23) But Jesus died for our sins and paid our debt to sin, so anyone who chooses to believe in Him will be saved from hell and could go to heaven. If you want to make Him your Lord and Savior you could say this prayer: Lord Jesus, I confess You as my Lord and Savior. Please forgive me for all of my sins, I repent and I turn to You. Please help me to live for You, and I love you. In Jesus name, Amen!
If you prayed that, Glory be to God! Please get a Bible, read it every day, pray everyday and please go to church. Jesus loves you!

I feel bad for the poor bugger who received five of Nishida's six serves.
That can make you look like a fool, despite being a world-class player.
You could see on his face that he was really glad it was finally over, and he wouldn't be humiliated any more.

that melanie parra video is so overrated and overhyped. mind you, paola egonu was also 16 years old and she was already a starter for italy in the rio olympics. why not hype her up for that?
