Classified/Promo Mario and Stanley aren't the same; Mario is the one that we see in Promo Show, Epilogue and other episodes, and he is Classified Luigi's Brother (the same Luigi from Abandoned); and Stanley is the A.I that was responsible for the Personalization, as well as the creator of things like the Wario Apparition, Wet-Dry World's Negative Aura, Bowser's Room, etc. If you watched Epilogue is it very clear that Promo Mario and Stanley aren't the same since both appear in the episode; also the distorced Mario in the end of Promo Show is Promo Mario and not Stanley It can get confusing in Mario's Madness since both are in the same song and have the same voice, but that's bc Stanley don't have a voice and a body, so he uses Mario's voice and is represented by the Faceless Mario (you can see it better in Abandoned's cutscene) Edit: Now that i understand that the Mario in the video was ment to represent Stanley and not Classified Mario lol
