Its a great move for PBA if this will push thru...additional new franchise team will help the PBA...but to make it competitive...thePBA must implemented a dispersal draft were existing team allowed at least 8-10 players to be left in their roster and the remaining players will be included in the pool were new teams will pick their players that will complete their roster ..these players are reliable players that needs only a chance to have a decent playing time to bring their confidence back....and other players will come to unrestricted free agent..to make new team competitive ...
